To maintain the highest hygiene standards in the beauty industry, we cannot accept returns on bottles that have been unsealed or used.

Contact our concierge team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the unopened fragrance in its original box and use protective padding to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse verifies the seal is intact, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
